-Jobs should be placed based on our reputation and visual representation. We are a custom
brand and in many cases it is not possible to show our customer what their finished product
looks like, until it is actually finished. For that reason we asked that you be absolutely confident
in our services.

-When placing an order with JMartin Designs we agree to:
1. Give you the same quality of work that is represented on our site.
2. Work with you until you are satisfied (within reason).

-Refunds are honored only with in the first 24 hours of placing an order.
Deposits are non refundable
-Jobs may be canceled before our artist actually starts working on the job, some jobs are started immediately others not for at least 24 hours.

-Jobs will only be delivered to the customer who placed the order and presents a pick up receipt.
In the event that you have lost or misplaced your receipt, only the customer who placed the order
is allowed topick up thejob with proof of I.D. and signature.

-We should be notified by telephone or in person before a friend or relative picks up an order.

-We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

-We do not assume responsibility for any items left in our possession with out notice 30 DAYS
after agreed pickup date or 60 DAYS after order date.

-Please check all items before leaving our store; we do not assume responsibility for any items
after they have left our store.
